Virtual | Six Weekly 60-Minute Sessions
You can be accomplished, respected, capable—and still question yourself.
Navigating Self-Doubt is a six-week group coaching experience for high-achieving professionals who are ready to stop second-guessing themselves, minimizing their accomplishments, and allowing self-doubt to influence important decisions.
Through live coaching, guided reflection, breakout conversations, practical exercises, polls, and weekly action commitments, you’ll learn how to recognize the patterns behind self-doubt, separate feelings from facts, strengthen your decision-making, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Because this is a group experience, you’ll also learn from other accomplished professionals, exchange perspectives, build meaningful connections, and discover resources that may support your career and professional growth.
Leaders, mentors, supervisors, and colleagues will also learn how to ask better questions, give more useful feedback, and support high achievers without simply telling them to “be more confident.”
In a recent Navigating Self-Doubt session with 33 USPS professionals, participants described the experience as:
Enlightening. Encouraging. Refreshing. Motivating. Insightful. Helpful. Inspirational. Needed. Hyped.
“Great exchange of information.”
“I love that we did breakout rooms.”
“I always have things to take away from each of your sessions.”
Your registration includes:
Your Participant Guide is included in the cost of the six-week coaching program. You do not need to purchase it separately.
A printed guide will be mailed to the shipping address provided during registration. Please make sure your mailing information is complete and accurate.
Participants registering close to the program start date may receive a digital copy first so they can begin the program while the printed guide is in transit.
Each session builds on the previous week, so participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions.
If you miss a session, you are responsible for reviewing the corresponding material in your Participant Guide and completing any exercises or action commitments before the next session.
Missed sessions are not individually rescheduled and do not qualify for a refund or credit.
Cancellations received on or before September 15, 2026 are eligible for a refund, less the cost of any Participant Guide that has already been printed, shipped, or delivered.
After September 15, 2026, all registration fees are non-refundable.
Missed sessions do not qualify for full or partial refunds or credits.
If Charmaine Ashby Life and Marriage Coaching cancels the entire six-week program, participants will receive a full refund.
If an individual session must be rescheduled by the coach, participants will be notified and an alternate session date will be provided.
Registration is for one participant and reserves your place in the complete six-week experience.
Registration may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from Charmaine Ashby Life and Marriage Coaching.
Participants will need a reliable internet connection and a computer, tablet, or other device with audio capability.
Because breakout conversations are an important part of the program, participants are encouraged to join from a location where they can speak and participate comfortably.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of personal and professional information shared by other members of the group.
You are welcome to share what you personally learned from the program, but another participant’s story or identifying information should not be shared without permission.
Navigating Self-Doubt is a professional coaching and personal-development experience.
Coaching supports reflection, awareness, goal setting, decision-making, accountability, and forward movement. It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.
The goal is not to make sure you never experience self-doubt again.
The goal is to make sure self-doubt no longer gets to make your decisions.
From:
“I don’t know if I’m ready.”
To:
“Let me look at the evidence.”

I help people gain clarity in their relationships so they can stop second-guessing themselves, break unhealthy patterns, and move forward with confidence.
You don’t have to stay stuck or unsure about what to do next. in your relationship.

I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can gain clarity, understand your patterns, and move forward with confidence.
In our work together, you won’t just talk—you’ll gain insight, direction, and practical next steps you can actually use in your life and relationships.
If this sounds like you, your next step is to start with a Clarity Session.

When you work with me, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and the tools to move forward with intention.
Clients often experience:
This is the kind of clarity and growth we begin to uncover in your Clarity Session.

I became a coach because I understand what it feels like to want change but not know where to start. I’ve lived through seasons that required me to grow, let go, rebuild, and rise—sometimes with support, and sometimes without it.
Along the way, I learned how powerful it is to have someone walk with you, ask the right questions, and help you see yourself and your situation clearly.
Over time, people naturally came to me for clarity, guidance, and honest conversations.
I began to notice a pattern—many of us struggle with the same things: unhealed emotional patterns, relationships that need support, decisions that feel overwhelming, and seasons where we need direction and confidence.
That’s where clarity begins—when you can finally see what’s been unclear.
Coaching became a way for me to bring all of that together—my personal growth, my passion for people, and the tools I’ve developed—to help others move forward with clarity, strength, and intention.
My work is grounded in truth, compassion, and practicality. I believe in helping people grow from the inside out—whether they’re healing personally, strengthening their relationships, or stepping into a new season of life with confidence.
I do this work because I’ve seen what’s possible when someone is supported, challenged, and encouraged in the right way. Growth becomes real, confidence returns, and life begins to move in a new direction.
Helping you grow is not just my profession—it’s my calling. And it starts with clarity.
You don’t have to stay stuck or uncertain. Your clarity session will help you understand what’s really happening—and what to do next.
