Coaching Investment
Coaching is an investment — of time, energy, and commitment. Program rates vary depending on the type of coaching or package selected. Current prices are listed on the official website or invoice at the time of registration. Once payment is submitted, your rate is secured for that specific program.

Commitment & Partnership
We’ll honor each other’s time by starting and ending sessions on schedule. What you share in coaching stays safe and confidential. My role is to guide, encourage, and support you; your role is to show up ready to grow, reflect, and take aligned action.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens — if you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the coach’s discretion.

Refund Policy
Because coaching is a collaborative and results-driven experience, payments are generally non-refundable once sessions or programs have begun. However, certain programs — such as Career & Executive Coaching tracks — may include a money-back satisfaction guarantee.

These guarantees will be clearly stated in the specific program details or enrollment agreement.
To qualify, clients must have completed all required sessions, assignments, and participation criteria as outlined in that program.
Refunds under such guarantees are limited to the amount paid for the qualifying program.

Payment Plans
Some programs may offer installment options or payment plans. These will be clearly outlined in writing before enrollment and must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support personal and professional growth; outcomes are dependent on the client’s participation and commitment.
